Harder Better Faster Smarter

Found this article on 14 ways to power your brain up. Check number 4 out:Yup, took that screen shot with Vista's snipping tool. It's great. But yea, hugging strangers is not really a simple pleasure of mine. It creates more stress for me because now the stranger probably thinks I'm a freak and it creates stress for the stranger because they think I'm a freak. So if somebody just comes up to you and hugs you, they are just in the middle of their quest to a more powerful brain.
But then the list redeems itself by mentioning blogs. One of the 14 things is sex. Like number 12 or something.

Welcome to Great America!

clever title huh, as in how i added 'great' to my last post title. ok yea, i don't really want to explain it.
went to great america instead of RKJ's red egg party. sorry! i said in my last post that i would take more of my own pictures and not leech off facebook anymore, but i forgot my camera yesterday so... still no original pictures, all tony's.
My Favorite:
this one lady thought this was hilarious and honked for us. this one dude in his car with his family was yelling stuff at jacky in spanish like, are they real and how much, etc. weirdos. or are we the weirdos... martin's filipino jordan wannabe shortsone of those rip off carny games was this really cool 3 point shoot out set up thing. it costs 10 dollars to show off your 3 point shooting skills in front of a huge crowd. a perfect score wins you a brand new xbox 360. its me on tape. you can here my fans/haters in the video
this video taken by Julius who got 4 points and won a ball
another video from tony's camera

so yea, i got 7 points out of 15. yea yea, i suck, but since the highest score of the day was 8, either everybody sucks more than me except one person or i'm just pretty good. but you know, if the ball and hoop were regulation sizes, i would have owned kinda. i also have to fix that ugly shot!
but i was good enough to win this instead of some weak basketball:
it's called a triple woven jacquard throw

Welcome to America!

I'm sure everybody is thinking the same thing... where is Vince the horseman since june 11? At tahoe for three of those days! the rest i have no excuse for.
I don't feel like typing in sentences so i'll type things i remember in fragments

- christopher lee and touch my body
-stopped at costco to buy breakfast, they didn't sell pizza or chicken bakes
-"Nevin! Get me a hotdog!"
- arrived at the house, it is nicer than mine
- shared the bed with chris, no homo forreal
- a lot of he/she moments
- eating stuff off the floor (fruitips and kettle corn)
- kayaking and almost tipping over
- had no vegetables on the whole trip except potatoes
- biking
- Nevin's yearbook (self signed and vacation section)
- Chris's solar protectors he stole from poor Georgia who is dead

That's all i remember right now, i'm trying to do this without pausing for more than 3 seconds
Here are some pictues, the thing that my blog lacks. Thank God for Facebook. It allows other people to do the picture taking. But I promise, I'll start taking my own pictures during the summer. Or try to at least.
So here are some pictures I was tagged in: I'll try to put them in chronological order

in Winchell's car load
gathering to cause troubleconcentrating on the ps3 on the plasma screeneating spilled kettle corn on the stairs like cavemenkayakingwent to some arcade that nightbikingbiked to the beach and to some mini trout aquariumeating my peach pie with toasted almond ice cream at Fenton'scolored this little masterpiece
Good thing we had Cindy and Rachel on our trip to take pictures and other people to tag them for use on boring, dry blogs like mine

all the girls standing in the line for the bathroom

My computer just broke today. Luckily I backed up all my files the other day onto my external hard drive. So when I was restoring it, I couldn't connect to the internet and I still can't. I am currently on my dad's laptop. I'm using my laptop now to try out Linux, sometimes referred to as the 'rebel OS', and I have no idea how to set up my internet correctly. Also trying out the newest version of AIM. I've never upgraded since like 8th grade. It's kinda cool. Arg, whatever, I hate my computer.

Wake up Mr. West

Woke up early to basketball
and left early for Sammy's graduation
Here is the breakdown of the graduation:
went through the woods to get there
in Sammy's speech, quoted the great Kanye West
me and chris try to get food that is guarded
random black hobo dude talking to everybody
nasty sparkling water
stole cider and water

Then we went to Ono to eat and Chris bought a forty dollar mini fridge for his dorm. We fit it in his car and he drove it home and cleaned it.
Then fellowship.

Check Sammy's and Chris's blog for more thorough descriptions

Harder Better Faster Stronger

So here it is. The super Graduation blog. It really isn't that super. I don't even feel like senior year just ended.

Here is what it should feel like:

I feel sad that I won't see 90% of my friends ever again. Or at least until a long long time. That at the end of this summer, I will never go back up that hill to sit down in a desk and sleep. I'll miss those fire hazard hallways and everybody trying to fit through one door. One thing though, that I won't miss is being asked to do Napoleon Dynamite impressions. Probably because I'll be doing a lot more of them in the future, but they won't be by the same people. My legs will be sore on the first day of college due to the lack of stairs at Westmoor. The one floor school I've gotten used to will be very dear to me. So much can be said about this building but more can be said about the people I shared it with. As I'm listening to Graduation by Vitamin C, I recall all of my friends and the memories. But really, the lyrics say it all.

Whew, that was tough to make up and type. This is how it really feels like:

I feel like this is just a regular weekend and I'm ready to go back to school to talk about it. About the Kanye concert that came a second time around to San Jose and comparing it to the one before. I'm just going to go to school monday and sleep in first period. Go to second and watch a new movie for Film Lit. Make Mr. Ferrari go off track and not learn about economics in third period. Make more ugly artwork at fourth. Hang out in the auto shop during fifth period and fall asleep again in sixth. Nothing has changed. I feel like I'm going to see my friends forever. Like I'm stuck in High School and never leaving. There is no such thing as college for some reason.

That was a lot easier. I know I know, a lot to read. But here is a picture to ease your eyes.
I call it, We Power BloggerNobody, not even me, looking at the camera... Because Gayle claims hers is better. But whatever, better watch those dolla dolla bills hanging around your neck! All their blogs are linked! That's right, I found yours Frances.

That is basically it. Went to San Tung for dinner with my parents. I was held up at home because my relatives were visiting. So boring, I should have been at the after partay. ya know...

Bunch bunch, Middle middle pt. 2

Grad practice was boring as usual.
Went to Park Chow for lunch and Jimmy got a parking ticket.
Saw Kung Fu Panda today. Props to Sammy for the pre screening tickets. The movie was real funny.
Here is the free Spanish poster we got:Translation from freetranslation.com:
"This 6 of June... it knows to pair the victorious one"

whatever that means

graffiti

Grad practice was boring. Except for that little unofficial race we had collecting the name cards. Reppin Row 7. I think I messed up my row's order. We just have to wait until graduation I guess. Of course we won. Whatever.

For our break, went out to get lunch. Went to Jacky's house who I just found out was my buddy since preschool.
After practice was over, played a round of manhunt wit the peeps. ASB vs. "The Fam" whatever that is. I'm not in ASB so I was with "The Fam"
After that, just went to Jacky's house to play Wii and NBA 2k8 and ate bagel bites.

O yea, college student, Frances Tan came back for graduation practice.

Over time, I get lazy. So I am resorting to these ten minute posts.

Last day!

LAST DAY OF HIGH SCHOOL!!!!!!

That's right, today is the last day for Seniors. Tomorrow, Wednesday are graduation practices. Then Thursday is the big day, Graduation! For those of you who don't know:
Westmoor's Track Field

June 5
2:30 pm
Be There

This is what Lawrence got from Ms. Aguilar for being her T.A:It is some kind of mini Japanese wooden pool table with a stick and little wooden balls.
Tony had it for some reason, so we opened it and played with it during EconThen we resealed it incorrectly, but who knows...

So after about a year of waiting, Threadless finally reprinted this t-shirt and e-mailed me about it and I bought it. I remember sending the reprint thing before I got my driver's license. But yea, at least they got it now. Plus an added bonus! It is on sale!!! So it is 10 bucks. Now I'm waiting for that one t shirt with those three multi colored skulls with sunglasses. Too lazy to find the picture right now, but it is a cool shirt.

Woke up at like 6:30 today for stupid Senior check out day. Got to school at around 7:30. I don't even wake up that early for a regular school day. Waited in line in the morning for my form and waited in an even longer line after school to turn it in. Right when that last bell rang at 2:45, Seniors everywhere literally swarmed for the cafeteria sprinting and screaming to get in line.

Hmmm... what else happened today. O yea, somebody from Oregon keeps calling me asking for a girl named Chelsea (pronounced with a 'K').
Area code: 971

That's all folks!

Oh My!

Fist off, all you readers out there are invited to go to this:You'll be able to see me sing and dance simultaneously along with my other choir members, not like you don't see me do those things at school already but this is more of an upgrade performance. O yea, you need tickets.

So how was my weekend? I'll start with Friday:
Did some stuff at school like our last rally ever. The last rally is always fun. Then watched The Strangers at Tanforan. It was scary to me. The first thing I heard when the movie was over was Michelle screaming "That movie sucked!" Hater... It is always fun to watch a scary movie in a theater filled with loud mouthed youths that yell something stupid when something is building up.
Saturday:
Woke up early and headed to Hercules because we are in the Rising Suns basketball tournament. Kind of a disappointment but I guess we did pretty good against teams that were bigger, more athletic, and practice a lot more than we do. Dropped like twenty against the Mills varsity team on Saturday. Got dropped off at church sweat and all for a KC thing for us seniors that are graduating. Had dinner and did embarrassing stuff. Some of them even made us graduation leis, so props for that.
Sunday:
Had to wake up at like 7 this morning. I woke up so sore from yesterday. It was so early and we were so tired. Of course, we lost but everybody gets this mini bag that is kinda girlie. I wish I got something that I could actually use like maybe a T-shirt. I should be more encouraging so I can win that most encouraging t shirt. Give me that Max. Went to church after and then went home and slept. I'm having fun watching Pirates of the Caribbean right now.

Sorry for this boring blog with no pictures
