Here is a post we spun into and broke:
the sign reads: Clearance 15" or something like that, so it's not important. I guess it's ok.Can you see that small dent? (Click To Enlarge)
Then it was off to fellowship and D&A.

Done

Yesterday was Heroes season premier. Saw it with a bunch of other fans in the other dorm building called Washburn. The RAs or whoever is in charge reserved the lounge just for Heroes. It's not just the premier either, its for the whole season. I have not met anybody who lives in Washburn yet. That must be where they hide all the cool people. I wore this yesterday:
front:back:six words that changed my life.

Just finished my outline on my first speech of the year. A demonstrative speech on "How to carve a jack o lantern"... my clincher needs major work!

Failed my midterm for freakin Science 2. I hate that class so much. So does everybody else. I swear, that class is useless and dumb. Random homework all the time.

I have to finish a 4-5 page essay on global dimming by tomorrow at 8pm. I have to turn all my essays into turnitin.com now so I can't just paraphrase everything I read on the internet. I end school at 1:30 tomorrow. So I have until 8 to write the essay and do research because I have no idea what global dimming is about.

Bought these today:10/18/08: The Roots x Gym Class Heroes x Estelle

Soul-ed Out and surrENDered

After plenty of 1pm-9pm practices for the musical, it's over. Just like that over two days. Crazy, before I talk more about Surrender the musical, let's hear from our judges:

JC: Ummm, it was a little sloppy but I liked the overall performance. I thought the acting and the songs held up the musical very well. Good Job.

Shane: You guys represented real well and you did your choreography the way CTBC does it. These are the times you prove yourselves and show that you are the best and y'all proved that.

Lil Mama: Y'all killed (pronounced kilt) it! Like, it was creative and this is what you need to do if you want to be on top. If a one eyed chicken ate a lion that had its hair shaved, it would make a toucan, that is how crazy it was. This is serious, and y'all brought it.

Mario Lopez: Yea, that opening number got my hands a clappin and my feet a tappin ahahaha they sound great!

Yea, mario lopez is not a judge. I couldn't really take pictures but Adi did and was the first to put them on facebook... that I know of:I think that is a really cool picture. Guess which one is me.I look so tall in this one, almost a giant. And I make lots of weird faces when I'm nervous on stage.

It's monday now and I'm trying to concentrate on my essay due tomorrow, but I can't so I'm taking a blog break. But yea, I still got Surrender songs stuck in my head. I sing them to myself when my room mate is not around or when I'm in the only one in the shower. I don't know where those Prisonbreak songs went. I hope Surrender makes its debut on Youtube soon. It went by so fast and now I am in college. It's probably the last musical I will appear in. I already can't wait to watch next year!

Kickin Rocks

Came back to my room today with a message for... me... probably for my room mate KrisYup, right on our door. So I guess I know where he is until like 1 in the morning. But yea, school is just normal I guess. I hate all my classes except Public Speaking surprisingly. It was not that hot today so I wore jeans and a sweater and I'm kinda tired from doing a lot of work. But I was deciding which gum would be best but I've never really tried any of the gum that was available to buy, so I based my decision on design of the box, flavor, brand, and whether it was approved by dentists. In the end, I didn't care about any of those. I ended up buying this:The only reason I bought it was because of Christopher Brown

Treal Love Lockdown

Looks like I won this week for fantasy football. But who is my week 2 match up I wonder... Edward Lee aka G Check. Here are the projected scores:But wait, they are the same! There can only be one winner. And it will be me.
It was a little cold today at San Jose. Probably low 80s to high 70s. I could have worn jeans today if I wanted to. I have an in class essay tomorrow. And today, I had a meeting with my peer adviser for sci 2 but I missed it because I was playing ps2 in my room half asleep. That is 10% of my grade. Sci 2 sucks real bad, I hate it.
The musical is this Saturday and Sunday everybody! It's here already.

Party like it's...

Got back from the first regular college fellowship about an hour ago. It was fun hanging out and eating at D&A Cafe until 1 in the morning. But I'm not sure if I can handle it every week. There was a funny incident involving Norm's lemon iced tea and Chris's syrup, but I'm sure Edward and Chris will elaborate more on that in their blogs.
Got Jeff's wedding invitation today. Then I looked for other invitations and stuff from our other leaders.
Leo & Syndee - I am still so sad I could not make this... I was on an airplane coming back from BurmaCindy & Norm - Wasn't sure if we were invited, but we were, and we were happyOk that is not the invitation but we got those at the wedding ceremony. The invitations were an upgraded version of the above. Sorry Cindy, yea, it is somewhere in my room. I know I still have it.

Winchell & Jennifer - Winchell... typical These are things we got from each wedding. Leo & Syn - poker chip magnet
Nor & Cin - Topps card (autographed)
Win & Jen - Jamba Juice gift card, we also got these treasure chests filled with chocolates, but I forgot to take the plastic chest back home with me

And now...

Cup Noodles everyday!

I woke up full today from the burrito from last night. That was a crazy idea. I also woke up semi constipated. But yea, we made a list of what we could use the burritozilla for, besides killing yourself.
- A door stop
- Dumbells
- Jump rope for midgets
- Weapon
- Pillow
- Wiffle ball bat
- Scarf
Feel free to comment any more ideas. Nothing inappropriate though. That is why I left one of them out from the list.
My mouth is still red from the free slurpees at seven eleven today. Me, Alien and Peter were just hanging out by the slurpee machine holding our tiny 3 oz. cups drinking and refilling, drinking and refilling. Those slurpees made my body feel a lot cooler after a game of basketball. I'm going to start using what I paid for with tuition from now on, like the gym. Basketball everyday should give me my money's worth.
Yea, you know what else I paid for, my meal plan. It is all going to waste with me buying $20 burritos from places outside of school. It is also a waste when I sleep in and skip breakfast. And I just found out today that I can buy food with my student ID card. Check it, I bought a bag of chips today with my card because I found out I could and here is my remaining balance:Whoa! That is more than my current checking account at BOA. But I think it is only limited to food. So I can't buy that nifty SJSU apparel that I want so badly. I wonder if it will work at the box office at school so I can buy tickets to this:Doubt it. But yea, come with me to see The Roots, Gym Class Heroes and Estelle all at the SJSU Event Center! It will be fun. Gotta do more studying than Glow In The Dark though. I only have one cd from The Roots and Gym Class Heroes. I have Estelle's cd too which I think is her only one. I feel like The Roots are old enough to have a "greatest hits" cd. I'll def Google that. That's all. Pretty tired from one game of basketball. I am so out of shape. The working out with Sherman will also be held off because he has a new puppy he has to watch. I'm going to kill it.

La Vics FTW

Long day of school today even though it wasn't as hot as last week. It was probably in the mid 80s today as opposed to the mid 90s last week. I starved myself today so I would be hungry enough to take on the Burritozilla at the local mexican joint called Iguanas. The stats for the burritozilla are 18 inches and 5 pounds. Here is Alien with his:Crazy big! Then we opened it and compared it to his arm:Stupid big! Then I ate all I could. I ate it until it was about the size of my fist. Then I couldn't fit anymore food in my stomach. This happened about 3 hours ago and I still feel like I just ate. As for the Orange Sauce... it fails miserably compared to La Victoria's. Iguana's orange sauce taste like coffee. Lilz M. explains in her Yelp review. But the burrito was pretty good I guess. O yea, this is how much it costs:!

You're Welcome

Decided to go to Gilroy with Erik and Chris today before I went back to my dorm at San Jose. Got some cool stuff. Saw Clifton x Adrienne x Riley x Derek Wong. And yea, came back and looked at my calendar:Looks pretty busy. This is not including my Sci 2 class homework because that class is weird and didn't give me a syllabus with a schedule like my other classes. I hate it so much, I wish I found out about it sooner so I could have dropped it. But yea, its pretty late and my floor is still a little roudy for some reason today.
One thing I forgot to mention about things I miss from home a couple posts back is the internet connection. It is super slow here. I wish I was one of the Comcast turtles right now. That way, I would enjoy the painfully slow buffering time for videos. I am now restricted from using Limewire, Bittorrent, etc... and am now relying on blogs that upload music where I am only allowed to download one song at a time. But sometimes, early in the morning, I can download about 3 songs simultaneously and it would only take a mere 7 minutes for each song. Yup, but I can't do anything about it. I still use the internet connection and I still go barefoot in the shower. Just like home...
I came back to my dorm and a TV was there!
I came back to my dorm and my bed was messed up!
